EGEDA, along with the Spanish Institute of Cinematography and Audiovisual Arts (ICAA) and the Federation of Spanish Audiovisual Producer Associations (FAPAE), has promoted the creation of the Media Desk Spain Foundation, which has the primary objective of giving legal status in our country to the European Community MEDIA Programme office, which facilitates performance and expansion of the assessment and support activities for the audiovisual sector which it has been providing up to the present.

With a European scope, American and Latino producers can utilise the assistance services of MEDIA Desk Spain in their co-production projects with European countries.
