How to apply to become a member
The documentation requested from the producers of audiovisual works and recordings covers everything necessary for the identification, accreditation and ownership of the works and recordings under consideration, with great attention to detail.
The documents you need to submit in order to join the Association are:
1. Membership Application Form
2. Photocopy of deed of incorporation or certification of registration with the proper business Registry
3. Photocopy of the deed of delegation of authority related to the person signing the application letter
4. Photocopy of card bearing the tax ID number, or personal ID number in the case of individual persons
5. List of audiovisual works, circulated or not, specifying the percentages of ownership in the case of co-productions, in Spain as well as in other countries
6. Accrediting documentation of ownership (Model of affidavit)
