Academy Award-nominated actor Edward James Olmos presented the the long-awaited return of #LALIFF, the largest Latinx film festival. EGEDA has been part of LALIFF supporting Iberoamerican movies in the US.

LALIFF (Los Angeles Latino International Film Festival), which took place at the TCL Chinese Theatres in Hollywood, is a premier international event dedicated to showcasing the entirety of the human experience from the Latino perspective, whether through film, television, digital, music, art, or any other vehicle, regardless of platform.

Filmmakers and casts like Jaime Camil, Alex de la Iglesia, Ivonne Coll, Melissa Barrera and Angie Cepeda came together to present their award-winning work from across the globe and support the festival.

Also the 2018 edition of LALIFF brought to LA the acclaimed Spanish films “Perfect Strangers” directed by Alex de la Iglesia and “Lots of Kids, a Monkey and a Castle” directed by Gustavo Salmeron and our team were proud to support them.
