SPANISH MOVIES IN USA – “FIGG in LA”

FIGG in LA - DocuLab.2

FICG in LA (Guadalajara International Film Festival in Los Angeles) invites Latino and Ibero American emerging filmmakers living in the United States or Canada; as well as U.S. and Canadian filmmakers who are working on a documentary film with Latino or Latin American content to apply for DocuLab.2 Los Angeles, which will be held on August 27 and 28, 2015.

DocuLab.2 Los Angeles will select 10 documentary filmmakers with projects currently in post-production.

Three of these projects will be chosen to screen for the jury and film industry professionals at FICG in LA.

One winning project will automatically qualify to be considered for DocuLab.8 Guadalajara or for the Ibero-American Documentary Competition of the next edition of the Guadalajara International Film Festival (FICG31) – March 2016.

To participate, you must register online by creating an online profile, complete an application form and upload all the required documents and materials that reflect the experience and creative capacity of the applicant. The Selection Committee, composed of recognized industry professionals, will evaluate submissions.

SUBMISSION IS FREE.
